A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your Reservation, please call us at least fourteen {14} days prior to your arrival date. A $20.00 processing fee will be charged to your credit card.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen [14] days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsbility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room[s] a full or partial refund will be made.

*Check-in: 3pm - 5pm [unless previous arrangements were made] late check in please call. See below regarding Sunday visits.

*Check-out: 11am

*Gourmet breakfast delivered to your door each morning at 8:30am

*All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. One additional person permitted at $25.00 a night.

*Weekend rates may change on certain holidays.

*Sales tax and county bed tax additional.

*Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. A $150.00 fee will be charged to guests who do not observe the no smoking policy

*No alcoholic beverages permitted.

*No pets/animals permitted.

SUNDAY RESERVATIONS: Innkeepers need time off too..For our property our time off is Sundays after 9am till Monday 1pm. No check in are offered on Sundays.

However, guests from Saturday night may stay over on Sunday night. If you would like to add Sunday night to your Saturday night stay, your reservation must be made by phone by calling 333-852-3651.
